Last updated: [DATE]

By purchasing or using Neurophase 4, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the product.

1. What you're buying

Neurophase 4 is a digital audio product: a looping audio track (WAV + MP3) combining a broadband masking layer and a 40Hz binaural layer, delivered with a PDF usage guide, accessed through a Whop dashboard. An optional Sleep & Recovery add-on module is sold separately.

2. License

When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, or re-upload the files for others to download.

3. Delivery

Access is granted through your Whop dashboard immediately after payment clears. Access does not expire. If you don't receive access within a reasonable time, contact support@neurophase4.com.

4. Payment

All payments are one-time charges processed by Whop. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in USD at checkout.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no form required, on request to support@neurophase4.com.

6. No medical claims

Neurophase 4 is a productivity/audio tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Individual results vary. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or severe auditory sensitivity, consult a doctor before use.

7. Acceptable use

The product is provided "as is." Beyond the refund guarantee above, we make no other warranties, express or implied, about specific outcomes from using the product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction, e.g. "the State of Delaware, USA"], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes means you accept the revised terms.
